I was very impressed as soon as I walked in and the area was clean and the customer service person was very professional and seemed to care about the issue I was having. Early the next morning I received a call saying that If I would allow them a couple more hours Jerry your transmission specialist would like to do some research on the vehicle. I received a call about two hours later saying that I did not need a new transmission and that with what Jerry and found on the Toyota web sight, he recommended I take it to Toyota and have them upgrade the software that works with the transmission and drivetrain. My charge was about $200 for a full service and to pull and replace the pan. Toyota was a little surprised that I had received the information so correctly from another competitor. Without this information, I feel I would have been told again that the issue was major. One day later they called to tell me my truck was ready and there would not be a charge. Please let your staff know that I was very thankful and will recommend you to whoever I hear has issues with their car or truck. I will also use you for the trucks and cars that I use in my company.
